Items will be dispatched the same day payment clears providing this is before 12pm and are sent fully insured.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and a pro-forma invoice will be supplied containing all information to make the transfer.

We offer a returns policy where the item is returned to us within the first 30 days of purchase in the same condition that it was supplied.
A full refund minus the delivery cost will be provided, we recommend that the product is sent back fully insured the same as it was sent out. The liability for any damage to the item in transit remains with the sender.

If you can not find the item you are looking for on our website please fill in an enquiry and we will do our best to find it for you. Specifically sourced items are not subject to our usual returns policy and require the item to be paid for in full to secure the product.

When looking to sell through Vendi Acquisitions please submit your enquiry via our online form. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss options that best suit you, whether that be an outright purchase, consignment or part exchange.
When submitting an item for sale with us you are guaranteeing that the item is free from any finance, theft and is authentic. We reserve the right to have the item checked by a third party and return it to you requesting a full refund should these terms not be met.
It is the clients responsibility to send the item to us, we recommend that the item is sent using Royal Mail, DHL or Parcelforce. Please send all paperwork, packaging and receipt of purchase for the item.

Any outright purchase offer will be valid for 14 days and will be subject to inspection and our authenticity checks. Any item deemed to be inauthentic will be returned to the client at their expense within 5 working days.
If an items passes our checks the offer will be confirmed and the payment will be made within 5 working days.

Once the product has passed our inspection process we will mark it for sale.
When sold and the returns period has elapsed we will make payment which will be reflective of the commission agreement consisting of deductions for our commission fee and any costs relating to the preparation of the product.

We may be able to offer you a part exchange offer which will be valid for 14 days and subject to inspection and our validation checks. It is subject to change or withdrawal until the item passes our authentication process.
Any item that is deemed to be inauthentic will be returned to the client at their expense.
If an item passes authenticity checks and our inspection the offer will be confirmed. The value can be used against one of the items on our website.
If the part exchange value exceeds the value of the product you are looking to purchase the positive balance will be transferred via bank transfer within 5 working days.

Our Recommended retail prices are to the very best of our knowledge, these prices are subject to change depending on market variations and the rise and fall of precious metal costs.

All of our images are of the actual product for sale. Different devices can portray the colours and images differently. The condition of the products are described and photographed as accurately as possible.
